The Marketing Brief
Capital Support Group were looking to leverage more from their marketing investment. They recognised that an integrated approach across marketing channels would be the most efficient way to coordinate marketing activities, and sought to engage with a digital marketing agency with an understanding of their sector and a proven track record of success.
Their brief included four key elements: –
- Implement an actionable marketing strategy to promote Capital Support Group across all digital channels;
- Capital Support Group had very little digital presence and were predominately reactive – they wanted to increase their presence and become more proactive;
- Develop a new website that would represent Capital Support Group professionally to clients, prospects and shareholders;
- Integrate marketing campaigns and systems to provide one set of data and reports.
